My name is Kristin, and I’m starting a new journey of drawing and painting.  I’m willing to be really bad at it, and make a lot of mistakes.  There might be a day, relatively soon, where I might become really good at it. The company I work for just went through a merger, but while I’m still employed, I don’t know for how long.  I’m updating my resume and learning new skills, but also taking time out for time to enjoy things that make me happy.  Life is too short to be a pick-me for an employer who will turn me out so that the next quarter will be profitable.  I understand that they’re trying to run a business, but I also have to look after myself at the same time too.  It’s wild out there.  Make sure that you take care of yourself.
